Partnership Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the 9th International Deer Biology Congress. Partner registration has closed. 
​WHY BECOME A PARTNER?
Because this event only occurs every fours years, the 2018 Congress offers you the rare opportunity to make face-to-face CONNECTIONS with a broad range of professionals from all over the world. It provides ACCESS to people who need your products and services, and the EXPOSURE will reinforce your brand awareness and maximize visibility in the wildlife community.
EXHIBIT SPACE DETAILS
All exhibitors will be located in the central meeting area with full access to all participants. A standard exhibit space will be 8’ x 8’ and will include a 6’ skirted table and chair. Additional details will be sent to you with your confirmation packet.
  • Set-Up: Saturday, August 5: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hours: Please refer to conference agenda
  • Tear-Down: Friday, August 10: 10:30 a.m.
