Lodging 

The 9th International Deer Biology Congress will be held at the YMCA of the Rockies. Meeting rooms, accommodations, and meals are located on the 800 acre campus adjoining Rocky Mountain National Park, and just a few miles from the village of Estes Park, Colorado, USA. Onsite complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking and running trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs. Archery, horseback riding, and craft projects are available onsite for a fee.

Staying at the YMCA - Sold out!

Overnight accommodations are available to Congress participants at a discounted group rate at the YMCA of the Rockies. There are a variety of lodging types available, ranging from single to 6 occupants. 

Meals are included for all occupants with a reservation. On arrival day, you receive dinner, and on departure day, you receive breakfast. All other days during your stay include breakfast, lunch and dinner.  You can purchase additional meals in the Dining Hall. 

Pricing varies depending on lodging type, number of occupants, and length of stay. Use the online reservation link below to review lodging options and pricing, and to make your reservation. 

When using the online reservation site you have the option to make a reservation between the following dates: Sunday, August 5 and Friday, August 10. If you wish extend your reservation before or after the conference, please make your lodging reservation via phone at (888) 613-9622 and mention that you are with this conference. PLEASE NOTE: Lodging reservations must be made by the cut-off date of Thursday, July 5, 2018 in order to be guaranteed the discounted group rate.

MESSAGE BOARD

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION POLICY
A 35% deposit by credit card will be required in order to guarantee each individual reservation.  

If you cancel a reservation made from the Group Block, certain rules apply: If you cancel 30 or more days in advance, you will be refunded 75% of your 35% deposit.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.  If that notice is not received, you will be charged for the full amount of the lodging portion of your stay.  If the entire group cancels, these policies still apply for each individual reservation.  The $50 per room booking fee that was paid by the group leader will also be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

PAYMENT POLICIES
Full Payment is due upon departure.  Unpaid balances will be charged an additional 1.5% monthly finance charge, and may be sent to a collection agency after 60 days.  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and cash.

CHECK IN TIME/ CHECK OUT TIME 
Check-in is after 3:00pm.  Check-out is by 10:00am.  During peak periods, lodging may not be available until after 6:00pm.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the lodges or the group cabins.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 7:00am.

ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but not sold on the grounds and may not be consumed in public areas.  You may serve alcohol in your room, cabin, or reserved meeting room in compliance with Colorado law.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in any YMCA facility.
